How many pieces of luggage can I take?
The ticket price includes 2 bags with a total weight of up to 40 kg and a small piece of hand luggage.
Are there transfers during the course?
During the trip, there may be a transfer on our company's buses.
Can I take a pet with me?
Yes, you can take a pet weighing up to 15 kg. The animal must be transported in an appropriate carrier that protects the animal and other travel passengers. The owner must have appropriate documents enabling the animal to be transported between state borders.
Do Hello line buses run from your address?
Yes, our passengers are picked up from a previously agreed location. We will also take you to the address indicated when booking the trip.
Can I send a parcel via Hello line bus?
Yes, we transport parcels, shipments and larger loads. For more information, please contact us.
How many people travel on one trip?
The number of seats in our buses is 8+1, and the number of people depends on the route and people willing to travel.
What days do we travel?
We travel every day on the Poland-Germany-Belgium-Netherlands route and in the return direction.
How long does the journey take?
Travel time depends on the route and is generally 12-22 hours in the furthest destinations.
When do I need to confirm my departure?
Confirmation must be submitted the day before the planned departure, no later than 13 p.m.
How can I book a ride?
You can make a reservation by phone at 534 001 001, by e-mail: rezerwacja@helloline.pl, or via the online reservation form.
Where can I pay for the ride?
Payment for the ride can be made in advance by transfer to the indicated bank account or to the driver when picking up the passenger.
Are there border controls?
Even now, during the covid19 pandemic, border controls are unlikely to occur.
